You pay one flat monthly price for your plan — that's it. Monthly billing is the default; prepaying the year is optional, never required. Your rate never jumps mid-term, and there are no forced renewals or surprise fees.

Actual timeline varies based on complexity, integrations, assets provided, and client approvals. Capacity is limited.
12-month term, then month-to-month.
Your plan starts with a 12-month term — that commitment is the exchange for your free site build — and every plan begins with a 30-day money-back guarantee. After the 12 months, you're month-to-month: cancel anytime with 30 days' notice (we don't prorate partial months). Cancel during the first 12 months and a one-time build fee applies — see Terms for the amount specific to your plan.
Always Fresh — free redesign at your 24-month anniversary.
At your 24-month anniversary, contact us at least 30 days in advance to reserve your build slot. We redesign your site — new visual aesthetic, updated layouts, matched to your plan's page count — at no extra charge. When you redeem, you commit to a new 12-month term at your current rate. You get a brand-new site. We keep a great client. Simple, fair exchange.
